Shipping costs will be calculated on total cost of the products ordered and added to the total to be paid.
Shipping is by either Royal Mail - 1st class post for smaller orders, standard parcel post for larger orders; or by other couriers where this is cheaper, with a small extra charge for packing materials.
(Please note that we do not normally ship to countries other than the UK and the Republic of Ireland. If you wish an order to be shipped elsewhere, please contact us rather than using this online store.)
Bookshops or other commercial enterprises who wish to buy our products, and who might expect a bulk discount, should also contact us rather than using this online store.
Availability of Downloadable Items
Downloadable items, such as mp3 files, will not be available for download until payment has been received and the order status confirmed as "Delivered" or "Payment Received". They may then be downloaded by going to "My Account" and selecting the relevant order: the download links will be at the bottom of the order page.
Returns
Returned goods (other than downloaded items) will be accepted, provided they are in perfect condition, and are returned within 30 days of purchase. Customers must bear the cost of returning goods, unless a mistake was made by us in supplying the goods.
